On November 9, 2019, Zachary Phillip Hardy, beloved son and adored brother was taken from his family too soon. His birthday is December 3 and this year he would have been 27 years old. He attended Maie Ellis, Zion Christian Elementary, Iowa Street School, La Paloma Middle School, Potter Junior High and graduated from Fallbrook High School in 2011.
Zachary leaves behind his father, Joel , mother, Susan and sisters, Cortney (Hardy) Kent, and Haley. Zachary participated in soccer, baseball, track, 4H, roller hockey, and Boy Scouts. He became an Eagle Scout on December 23, 2010 with Troop 731 in Fallbrook, Ca. His completed Eagle Project is a kiosk for the Fallbrook Historical Society on the Pico Promenade Path in Fallbrook.
While in Fallbrook, Zachary worked at Daniel's Market in Bonsall and attended Palomar Community College. He joined the Army where he received an honorable medical discharge. He then pursued a career in Computer IT and his last job was with Valley View Casino where he was very happy.
Zachary was taken from us when he died in a car accident on the way home from work. We are hoping all that loved him or knew him will join us at his memorial service so that he knows how much he was loved and is now missed.
