Terry John Skjegstad, age 70, of Vista, CA passed away peacefully on Monday
August 19, 2024 at home with family. Terry was born June 5, 1954 to Odd Lee and
Nancy Skjegstad.

Terry spent his adult life building homes and, in his retirement, he
loved building things for and spending time with his children and 5 grandchildren.

Terry was preceded in death by his Father Odd Lee Skjegstad, his twin brother Jerry
Skjegstad and two granddaughters Paisley Lafontaine and Grace Skjegstad. Terry is
survived by his children Olin (Brittany) Skjegstad, Krystle (Justin) Lafontaine and Teri
Leigh (Robert) Derderian; grandchildren Wavie Derderian, Shelbie Derderian, Price
Lafontaine, Penny Lafontaine, and Hope Skjegstad; Mother Nancy Skjegstad,
Brothers Odd (Jacki) Skjegstad and Steve Skjegstad, sister Deanna (Karl) Miethke;
and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life for Terry October
13, 2024 from 1:30-3:30 at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Fallbrook 1620 S.
Stage Coach Ln. Fallbrook, Ca. 92028.
