Roland Gerard Dubuc devoted partner of Lee Horton for 45 years passed away 2-18-2016. He was born in Coventry RI on 11-7-1944.
He was the son of the late Gerard Dubuc and the late Marie Rose Dubuc. He was the brother of Jeanne Cienava and the late Sister Claire Dubuc. He also leaves 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Roland and Lee enjoyed living in California for the past 45 plus years.

His love of birds and plants brought him to be the co-founder of The African Lovebird Society. Later he became a valued Judge of the organization.

Roland and Lee created their company Agapornis Acres which they ran for 20 plus years.

His love of plants brought him into the Plumeria Society which he served as President for approx.. 5 years. At the time of his death he was still an active member of the Plumeria Society as well as the African Lovebird Society. He was also past editor of the Plumeria Society and the African Lovebird Society.

Memorial Service will be help on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 5:00pm at Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary Fallbrook, CA . Burial will be private at a later date.
