Obituary

Pauline Denver Freeman passed on September 6, 2020 at the age of 89 with family by her side. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Pauline was born on August 28, 1931 in Fort Duchesne, Utah to Elmer and Mary Denver. She was raised there along with her 10 brothers and sisters. After high school, she went to dentistry and nursing school. She eventually became a LVN and worked in various hospitals on the Indian Reservations.
She met and married Her husband, Robert Freeman, in 1957 and became a life long resident of the Pala Indian Reservation. She really enjoyed being with family and friends. She really loved being with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death of her parents, her husband Robert Freeman, son Doug Freeman, son James Freeman, daughter Nicole Freeman, 5 brothers, and 5 sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Deanne Garcia, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
