Obituary

Paul J. Pizzuto, passed away on Dec. 15, 2015 in Fallbrook, CA; his heart stopped. He was born and lived 28 years in Brooklyn, NY with parents, Angelina and Vincent Pizzuto, now deceased. Paul met his bride of 35 years, Cynthia, on August 17, 1978 and married, no children. He leaves a younger brother, Michael, and wife, Linda, in Pennsylvania, no children. Paul is also survived by his Uncle Vinnie, like a brother to him, and wife, Pat, three children. Paul and New Yorker, Uncle Vinnie, were close in age, both jokesters.

Since his teenage, Paul was an avid weight lifter. Keeping body and mind in shape, he enjoyed learning at a NY technical high school and attended CCNY attaining an Electrical Engineering degree. Paul worked briefly at a Long Island company; then, he pursued a 36 year career servicing power-generation equipment all over the USA and South Korea. He and wife, Cynthia, lived various places in Westchester County, NY as well as NYC, various towns in NJ and moved to CO in Dec. 1999; their move to Fallbrook, CA came last. On and off the job, Paul excelled as a mentor and was well liked and respected.

For all of his life, he remained close to friends with several men from the street where all of them grew up in Brooklyn. Paul loved fast cars, motorcycles, overseas and US travel, hand ball, hiking, gardening and detailed model building; later on Paul came to cherish the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior. Almost as much, he came to adore the three small dogs he had (currently our boy is Vito). Paul became a competitive ping pong player via Dr. Dick Winter (friend, neighbor) and enjoyed socializing with friends and neighbors.

He was intensely loved by his wife and others and is inordinately missed.
