Maria Pérez Rosas, "Mamá Maria", loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on September 5, 2019. She lived for 86 beautiful years and accomplished much. Traveling by bus with her four children, she immigrated to the United States in 1975 from El Cuervo, Michoacan, Mexico. After some time, she proudly became a U.S. citizen.
Her loving husband of 59 years, Eloy, three daughters, Margarita (David), Guadalupe (Andres), and Cruz, two sons, Agustin (Tricia) and Eloy, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren survive her. Her father, mother, brother, and grandson greet her with open arms in heaven.
Caring for her family was always her top priority; she demonstrated her love not with words but with actions. Her family will always cherish the love she had for them. Her home was always open to family and friends. Everyone who visited knew they could never leave without eating. Her version of caring for others was ensuring they were properly fed. She also had a caring touch for plants. Those around her knew of the green thumb she had, especially for her lovely roses.

María Pérez Rosas, "Mamá María", amorosa esposa, madre, abuela y bisabuela, falleció el 5 de septiembre de 2019. Vivió 86 hermosos años y logró mucho. Viajando en autobús con sus cuatro hijos, emigró a los Estados Unidos en 1975 desde El Cuervo, Michoacán, México. Después de algún tiempo, se convirtió con orgullo en ciudadana estadounidense.
Su amoroso esposo de 59 años, Eloy, tres hijas, Margarita (David), Guadalupe (Andres) y Cruz, dos hijos, Agustín (Tricia) y Eloy, nueve nietos y cuatro bisnietos la sobreviven. Su padre, su madre, su hermano y su nieto la saludan con los brazos abiertos en el cielo.
Cuidar de su familia siempre fue su máxima prioridad; demostró su amor no con palabras, sino con acciones. Su familia siempre apreciará el amor que tenía por ellos. Su casa siempre estaba abierta a familiares y amigos. Todos los que lo visitaron sabían que nunca podrían irse sin comer. Su versión de cuidar a los demás era asegurarse de que estaban debidamente alimentados. También tenía un toque cariñoso por las plantas. Los que la rodeaban sabían de su sensibilidad especial para cuidar sus plantas, especialmente sus preciosas rosas.
