Margaret (Rodriguez) Vargas, 79 BONSALL, CA
Margaret, longtime resident of Bonsall, passed away on October 30th. She was born in Buena Park, CA on June 10th, 1938 to the late Amado and Tereza Rodriguez.
She married Robert C. Vargas on July 5th, 1958 in Buena Park, CA. They moved to Bonsall in 1959 and were flower farmers. She enjoyed doing flower arrangements and other crafts. She cherished time she spent visiting with her family. She had a deep devotion for our Blessed Virgin Mary- our Lady of the Rosary and reciting the rosary.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Frank and Raymond Rodriguez. She is survived by her husband, Robert Vargas; daughters, Anna (Rick) Harlow of Bonsall; Rose (Roberto) Nevarez, of Escondido, and son Robert (Julie) Vargas of Bonsall. Her grandchildren, Roberto Jesus (RJ) & Tereza (Nikki) Nevarez; Ricky, David & Danielle Harlow; and Jessica, Michelle, & Kami Vargas; great grandchildren Julian Alexander Longa Vargas and Andrew Raydon Cruz. As well as brothers Joe (Christina) Rodriguez, Sr and Peter (Rose) Rodriguez and sisters Mary (Tony) Cunningham, Irene (Fred) Vargas, Martha (Rosalio) Diaz, Sally Torres; sister-in-laws Rachel and Esperanza Rodriguez and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends who loved her and will miss her very much.
Visitation and Rosary will be held Sunday, November 5th from 4pm–8 pm at Berry-Bell Morturary Hall in Fallbrook, Ca. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 6th at 10:00 am at The Church of the Resurrection in Escondido, CA. Immediately followed by a graveside ceremony at the Valley Center Cemetery in Valley Center.
