Lori Diane Barker was born in San Jose, California on January 8, 1962.
She was killed by a hit and run driver on Friday evening October 19, 2018 in Fallbrook CA.
Lori Graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Bio-Chemistry she worked in several positions in the Silicon Valley. For the past several years Lori was on disability due to illnesses. Lori moved from Yamhill, Oregon to Fallbrook, California 3 years ago so she could live close to her Aunt and Uncle.
Lori's loved animals and enjoyed dogs and cats. Her cousins are in the process of placing them into local homes. We would like to thank everyone who is helping us find homes for her animal family.
We deeply appreciate our neighbor who witnessed the accident and who is helping the agents that are investigating the crime of Lori's killing.
Lori is survived by her mother and step-father, Wanda and Charley-Jo Donati of Fallbrook, California, her Brother Rick Barker her Sister-in-Law Diane Barker her Nephews Nicholas Barker and Michael Barker all of Jefferson, Oregon and Paul Barker of Colorado. Her Aunt and Uncle, Carrie and Bob Jacobus of Fallbrook, California and her cousins Jenifer Forster, Jill McKay and Janet Julian of California. She is survived by many cousins in Oregon as well.
She was preceded in death by her father Marvin Barker and her sister Erin Barker.
