Kathie was born to Richard (Dick) and Vera (Vicky) Webster in Palo Alto, CA. She grew up and lived many years in Mountain View, CA. She graduated from Mountain View High School, the same high school her parents attended. While living in Mountain View, she worked as a PBX Operator. Kathie loved animals and always had cats throughout her life
In 1983, she went to Hawaii on vacation and stayed there for about 5 years. Kathie married John Thibault, Sr., who was in the United States Navy. John's two teenage sons came to live with them in Hawaii. She became lifelong friends with John's shipmate's then-wife, Donna.
Kathie and John lived in Connecticut for a few years, then, moved to John's hometown of Lubbock, Texas to be closer to his mother. They also lived in Cedar Park, Texas. In 2000, they moved back to California and made their home in Fallbrook, where Kathie became an avid Padres fan.
Kathie was predeceased by her husband of 20 years, John. She is survived by her sister Barbara Farrell (husband Patrick), brother Stan Webster (wife Gail). She had three nephews, John Thibault, Jr. (wife Aurora and daughters Sophia Marie and Sjohna Maven), Daryl Thibault and Richard Webster. She had one niece Bonnie Webster. She also left behind her adored cat Abby.
We will all miss her fun-loving, generous and caring nature. She was a friend to all, people and animals alike.
