Joan was Born on May 13, 1958 in Orange, CA. She lived her first 50 years in California before moving to North Las Vegas, NV. Joan graduated from Orange Glen High School in Escondido, CA. ; Palomar Junior College in San Marcos, CA.; and El Dorado College in Escondido, CA. She volunteered her time at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Escondido, CA.; and St. John Neumann Catholic Church in N HOA in North Las Vegas. She served on the  Board of Directors of the Riverwalk Ranch Manor/Estates HOA and the Riverwalk Ranch Master HOA in North Las Vegas NV.: and volunteered for the Lewy Body Dementia Association as a Lewy Buddy;:and the Las Vegas Lewy Body Dementia Caregiver Support Group Facilitator.

Joan was predeceased by her loving parents Clarence Owen Croft and Delores Alice (Wolf) Croft, her sister Barbara (Croft) Rafferty, and her Brother Thomas Croft. she is survived by her Brother's Richard Croft and Bill Croft and her Sister Susie Croft (Esparza).
