Esther Marie Gonsalves, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on September 17, 2019, surrounded in love by her family.

She was born Esther Litzinger on April 5, 1928 in Devils Lake, North Dakota. Esther's family eventually moved to Norwalk, California
where as a young woman she met and married Edward Joseph Gonsalves (Ed).

Esther and Ed went on to have 4 children and move to Huntington Beach, CA . Through tremendous hardwork and sacrifice they formed
a dairy business called Ed's Dairy. Their marriage lasted until Ed passed of a heart condition in 1971.

Eventually after the passing of her husband, Esther along with her son Ed moved the dairy to Winchester, California. It was a family run dairy
with all her kids involved.

Esther is survived by son Edward (Pam) Gonsalves, of Oceanside, CA; daughter Kathleen Marie Gonsalves of Hemet, CA; son Ron (Kathy) Gonsalves of Hemet, CA ;
son Larry (Carolyn) Gonsalves of Vista, CA;

She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; Ed Gonsalves, Ryan Gonsalves, Marco Bender, Ron Gonsalves, Joseph Gonsalves,,and Jennifer Gonsalves.
And great grandchildren Jessica, Derick, Samantha, William, Nina, Mia, Dallas, and Reed.

Around 1991 Esther sold the dairy in Winchester, Ca and retired to Fallbrook, CA. Retirement didn't suit her so she went on to manage the gift shop at the
Fallbrook Hospital from 1992 - 2012, where as a volunteer she logged in over 32,000 hours.

Esther was a loving wife and mother and grandmother. Very generous, much loved by all who knew her, with a feisty personality and a great sense of humor,
which was endearing to all. She had a great love for animals, coffee, and toast with lots of butter.

She will be very much missed.
