Obituary

Eleanor C Taylor, born on 06/10/1924 to the late Ed, and Mary Bessie Morris, in Paola, Kansas, departed peacefully at home, with family by her side, on October 15th 2015.

Eleanor married the late Joseph B. Taylor on 10/12/1947, which now they are eternality together again, and also together in heaven her, Parents, Son, Steven M Taylor, Sister, Maudie Miller, Brother's Wayne Miller, and Oliver Miller.

Eleanor is survived by: Daughter: Teri A Horn, Husband: Jeff Horn, TX., Daughter- In-Law: Glenda Taylor, Ca., Nieces: Kate Hyde, Husband: John Hyde Ca., Carolyn (Morris) Brooks, husband: Robert Brooks, Wa. Nephew: Larry Morris, Wife: Lee Morris, 3 Grandchildren, Jessie Wilkerson, (Wife) Cara, Justin Horn, (Wife)Maureen, Cassie Adair, (Husband) James, 3 Great Grandsons, 2 Great Granddaughters, 1 Great Niece, and 2 Great Nephews'

Eleanor was raised on a farm, in Kansas. She lost her mother on May, 1928, it was Mother's Day. Her Father did the best he could into raising the children, they all worked hard on the farm to make life as good as they possibly could.

Eleanor graduated from Ottawa High School, in May of 1941. Her 1st job was at a Woolworths Store, then worked at Hankins Drug Store, in 1942 Moved to Kansas City, Kansas, where she was employed at Trans World Airlines.

In the winter of 1946, she moved to Ca. and worked for an Optical lab, as a book keeper, Eleanor then met her knight in shining armor, through a friend. Her first date with Joe, was in the back of a patrol car, for her friend was a police officer, and was the one to introduce her to Joe.
Eleanor, later become a school bus driver, in Rialto, Ca. where she retired.

Eleanor, was a wonderful, Wife. Mother. Sister, Aunt, and Grandmother, she was all about Family, she was never selfish when it came to her family. Everyone fell in love with her the moment they met her. Eleanor has touched so many lives, and will so very much be missed.
