In loving memory of Msgt. Edward L Wilson born in Money Creek Township, IL on November 19, 1933. He passed away in the comfort of home surrounded by his family April 6, 2024 in Fallbrook, California at the age of 90.

Ed grew up on a farm in Illinois. He was the oldest of the family and had 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  After high school he joined the Marines, served for 24 years and retired as Master Sergeant. That was followed by 20 years as a buyer for the defense industry until he reached full retirement. He enjoyed retirement spending time with friends and family.

He married Linda Ann Wilson (Berry) July 19, 1959.  Both were very active volunteers to the Red Cross for many years. They were married almost 60 years, before she passed in 2019.

Ed was survived by 2 children Edward Jr (Lee) and Loren, as well as 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Ed lived in Santa Clara before moving to Windsor and eventually to Fallbrook with his son Lee, daughter in law Andrea and 2 grandsons Joshua and Travis. He enjoyed spending time with his grandsons watching them bowl and his youngest great grandson was born on his 90th birthday.
