We are sad to announce the passing of Edward Nial Lueking, Jr. Eddie passed away unexpectedly on April 19, 2023 in Fallbrook, California at the age of 41.

Eddie was born on August 11, 1981 to Edward Nial Lueking Sr. and Kristi Ann Lueking in Newport Beach, California at the Hoag hospital where his dad was also born.

Eddie was a fun, spirited soul and a beautiful person inside and out. He loved and cared so deeply for the people around him, especially his beloved sons.

He was kind, loving, thoughtful and very generous with a heart of gold. He had the most stunning smile and could light up a room with his energy. He was always laughing and was quite the jokester making others laugh with him.

Eddie grew up in Costa Mesa, California and later moved to Fallbrook, California where he graduated Fallbrook High School in 1999. He moved as a young adult to Irvine and lived with friends and worked at Von Hemert Interiors in Costa Mesa. He met the mother of his children Julianne Biddle in Irvine, CA. They had their first-born Dakota shortly after who was also born at Hoag hospital.

They lived in Northern California for a brief time and one of his favorite pastimes was rafting down the Trinity River. He also loved to snowboard in Mammoth, was a certified scuba diver & always loved going to concerts.

He had a passion for music, specifically heavy-metal, alternative and progressive rock but occasionally listened to other genres. Some of his favorite bands/Artists were Tool, Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, Phantogram, Steven Wilson and Hank William III just to name a few. His love and passion for music inspired his love for playing the drums. While in high school he was in a band called "The prophet".

Eddie's family moved back to Fallbrook where he had two more sons Micah & Quinn. He worked at both family businesses, The Fallbrook Car Wash & Managed Vince's Pizza where he was known as "The Pizza Guy".

Eddie was a loving father and is survived by his three children Dakota (12), Micah (10) and Quinn (6). He is also survived by his mother Kristi, his Grandmother Lois Lueking, his brother Jeff Lueking and nephew Luke Lueking.

Eddie will be forever loved and remembered by his partner and soulmate Sara Strange with whom he shared his heart and true love.
