Born in Santa Ana, CA. Donna Graduated from Santa Ana High School in 1948. She was Married to Jesse William (Bill) Howard for 69 Years. Donna worked for UCI Medical Center. For 27 Years of Retirement she lived in Chico, CA. and 4 Years in Temecula/Murrieta, CA. Dedicated to raising her two son's Randy and Kim. She Loved to Travel. She taught her two Granddaughter's how to Snow Ski & Water Ski. She loved watching her 6 Great Grandchildren Grow & Mature
