Donna Lavato Dominguez April 10, 1945 to March 8, 2025

Pastor Donna Lavato Dominguez, 79, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025, embraced by her loving family. Born on April 10, 1945, in Soboba, California to Robert Lavato and Illace Fulwilder Lavato, Donna was the heart and soul of her family and Church. She radiated with compassion and was known for her heart-felt laughter.

Donna is survived by children Richard Lavato and Darlene Vega, brother Anthony Lavato, sister Dianna Duro, 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and her many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and dedicated Godchildren. She was preceded in death by children Germaine Gonzales and Leroy Miranda, Granddaughter Moyla, and brothers Duane, Michael, Angelo, Mel, and sisters Caroline, Loretta, and Doreen. Beyond her love and care as a mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend, Donna faithfully served alongside her predeceased husband, Richard Dominguez, as Pastors at the Kish HaTi-Wenet Church in Pala. She dedicated years to developing her church community, maintained an unwavering love for God through her service and leadership. Donna's greatest joy came from nurturing both her family and church. Funeral services will be held on March 22, 2025, 9 A.M. at Kish Hati-Wenet Church, 11239 W. Pala Mission Rd., Pala, CA 92059.
