Ann Todd Gorsline of Temecula, CA died on Feb 9 ^th , 2021. She was 81. She passed quietly at home with her loving daughter Carroll Santacroce and her granddaughter Mya Santacroce at her side.  She is further survived by her son Robert Gorsline (married to Melissa) and their children Aubrie, Molly and Wyatt.

Ann was born in Scotland on January 12, 1940 and while she ventured far from home in life, you always knew Scotland was in her heart.  She was educated with a degree in hotel management, which took her to a position at the Hilton in Hong Kong.  There she met Samuel Gorsline and became a Navy wife and traveled extensively.   After Sam's retirement in the Navy, she returned to Scotland for nearly a decade before settling in southern California early 1980's.  She is preceded in death by Sam.

She was devoted to her faith, family and friends.  She was kind and loving and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family will not be holding a memorial service due to COVID 19 concerns.  Instead, they would ask that you remember and celebrate Ann's life in a way that is meaningful to you.   Maybe learn the bagpipes or go out back and toss the caber.  If you have a kilt, then wear it in memory of her.  In lieu of flowers hug the next Scottish person you meet.  Ann would have wanted it that way.
